Our established contractor and vendor relationships allow us to set practical and achievable schedules for our clients.

We assist in resolving current conundrums, real estate & moving strategies (what to keep) and paint color consultations. Consulting projects are billed at a flat rate.

• In person or virtual design consultation meeting

• Follow up document detailing our discussion and what details and changes can be made to help your project move forward

Questions and expertise in construction and renovations are not everyone's wheelhouse. This is not rocket science either, but after 25 years, we have a pretty solid handle on making a project purr and ensuring that you are not overboard financially or emotionally by the time you reach the finish line. 

Per project is a wonderful way to get the project going so you can start implementing. We assist in setting a vision, a budget, and a schedule so you can know your next steps and get moving.

Per project can include:

• Room Design

• Bathroom Design

• Kitchen Design

• Whole house punch list

• Representative service

You’d like all aspects of the project managed. We handle all aspects of the project; from design, bidding, contractor negotiations, deliveries and implementation. All you have to do is give approval and turn the key at the end of the project.

Interior design start to finish. We offer a full service package, which delivers to our clients visions, budgets and a creative approaches to making their spaces suit their lifestyles. Full service projects are billed flat rate during initial design phase, and hourly during implementation.

Full service projects include:

• Initial design meeting

• Coordination with client to create a Scope of Work

• Site measure and creation of an architectural floor plan (if construction is needed)

• Design presentations including architectural details and furniture plans

• Purchasing and tracking of all items

• Coordination with contractor’s, engineers, construction, architects

• Project management, building, and consultant coordination

• Submittal of all needed architectural drawings
